How do I make an appointment?
To schedule, you can call our office.
How can I refill the prescription?
You can call us. Please allow 24 hours for medication refills to be faxed or called in to the pharmacy, except for weekends.
For an annual, what do I need to bring?
For dog & Cat owners, if possible to collect the fecal in the morning. If you can't bring the fecal within 3 hours to the office,please refrigerate.
For urine collection, what should I do?
The ideal urine sample collection is fasted (do not feed after 10pm night before) collected first thing in the morning. The middle of the urine stream is caught with a clean plastic container or ladle. Please refridgerate and bring to the office as soon as you can.
How do I prep my pet for surgery?
We ask that you don't feed your pet after 10 pm the night before surgery. On the day of the surgery, you can drop off your pet between 8 - 8:30am. We will go over some paperwork as well.
Do you still do baths?
We are no longer do regular bath except for medicated baths only prescribed by the doctors.
